Electrical Designer and Consultant
Engr. Aquino is our Consultant and Electrical Designer. His experience in High Rise Condominium Construction during his stint with the Nova Centurii Developement, Inc. / Meridien Group of Companies and Century Properties Projects as its Electrical Engineering Manager and Consultant is very valuable to our company. He also has a wide range of experiences in the Design and Supervision of Industrial Electrical works.
JAMES A. MARAMAG, BS Architecture

James is an experienced and innovative residential Architect having designed and supervised the construction of residential houses in the following subdivisions such as:
● Verdana Homes in Bacoor, Cavite
● Ferndale Homes in Quezon City
● Vista Verde Executive Village in Cainta, Rizal
● Filinvest Village I in Quezon City
His experience in construction supervision and his strict adherence in the implementation of the plans and specification make him our most reliable and dependable employee since he joined New Transcend Construction and Development Corporation in 1999. James is well versed in Autocad Designing.
