ALEXANDER P. CUREG
Registered Civil Engineer
President and CEO
Alexander has 40 years of experience in the construction industry. He was involved in the construction of the Magat Power House and the Light Rail Transit 1 during his stint with PNCC. He served as Project Manager in the construction of many medium to high rise buildings in Metro Manila such as:
– The Diamond Hotel
– Le Metropole and Le Grand Condominiums
– FBR Building
– UGEC Corporate Center
– Various School Buildings
– Auditorium
– Industrial Plants
– and Residential Houses
His expertise in Civil Works Construction, Project Management and Design led to the awarding of various civil work contracts for the company since 1996.
MATTHEW KAISER C. CUREG

Matthew studied overseas in the United States and attended California State Polytechnic University of Pomona where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. He then worked as a Project Engineer/Estimator for Del Amo Construction in California, USA where he was assigned to participate in several projects including the building construction of a private 4.2 acre campus with four authentic adaptive reuse buildings of creative office spaces.

JOHN BORIS C. CUREG

Vice President
John graduated Electrical Engineering, B.S. at the California State Polytechnic University of Pomona in the United States. He shortly passed the California Electrical Engineer-In-Training license (E.I.T.) and worked at Pacific Industrial Electric. He worked as an Electrical Engineer Assistant but was quickly promoted to the Project Manager / Project Engineer position. There he managed and assisted in various health care facilities involving security, fire alarm, lighting and controls, elevators upgrades, generator and switchboard installation and replacement projects.
John also completed a basic electrical design course at UCLA extension Campus in 2020 for the foundations of his goals for acquiring his Professional Electrical Engineer license in the future.
ENGR. WILLIAM J. AQUINO

Electrical Designer and Consultant
Engr. Aquino is our Consultant and Electrical Designer. His experience in High Rise Condominium Construction during his stint with the Nova Centurii Developement, Inc. / Meridien Group of Companies and Century Properties Projects as its Electrical Engineering Manager and Consultant is very valuable to our company. He also has a wide range of experiences in the Design and Supervision of Industrial Electrical works.
JAMES A. MARAMAG

James is an experienced and innovative residential Architect having designed and supervised the construction of residential houses in the following subdivisions such as:
– Verdana Homes in Bacoor, Cavite
– Ferndale Homes in Quezon City
– Vista Verde Executive Village in Cainta, Rizal
– Filinvest Village I in Quezon City
His experience in construction supervision and his strict adherence in the implementation of the plans and specification make him our most reliable and dependable employee since he joined New Transcend Construction and Development Corporation in 1999. James is well versed in Autocad Designing.
